Workshop on Quality and Authenticity of Web Resources

Department of English ,MKBU has organized Workshop on Quality and Authenticity Of Webresources on 19th November 2019 to make students aware about the new methods of Open Internet  and to introduced them with several Webresources, Websites and other digital content.Professor and Head of Department of English,MKBU Dr. Dilip Barad Has conducted entire workshop. 

The aim of the workshop was to enable students to check the Quality and Authenticity of web resources.

Now a days the students most probably working with internet. Internet is a source to take ideas not make a CCP which is Cut,Copy,Past....students must have to understand the concept and rewrite with own language. Doesn't matter which level students are belonging. Is there a student of masters or reacher or a PHD scholar or make a research papers. Then a make a copyright © on it. 
Many websites are working on Plagiarism and using Urkund and Turnitin as well.


 a company which is connect students and prevent plagiarism and here the rubric named SEER.
Here are I put some parameters to identify authentic resource are....
1) Authority
2) Educational Value
3) Intent
4) Originality
5) Quality
 So, Barad told us to make a evolution of any site...,
Based on the criteria, here are the points to be given from 0 to 4
3.0 - 4.0 : Highly credible, quality sources
2.0 - 3.0 : Credible sources
1.0 - 2.0 : Questionable Sources
0.0 - 1.0 : Unacceptable or inappropriate sources
So, here I'm going to evaluate the website of the parameters....
